So in the world of legalese fear means many different things, no surprises there then. The thing is legalese is the language of the Law Society and I am not a member of the Law Society so I am not bound by any of its rules and regulations and therefore I am not fluent in the Law Society's language nor it's very strange and ambiguous definitions.
But as my legal fiction was been created without my knowledge but within a legal system of government that uses legalese to promulgate it's rules my legal fiction is presumed to be able to understand exactly which definition is in play in any statute legislation my legal fiction has imposed upon it.
There is a massive flaw in this assumption.
My legal fiction doesn't exist, it cannot think, it cannot decide anything, it cannot accept anything nor can it reject anything. It is inert. It has no life at all never has and never will.
Until I began to unpick the web of deceit that has been woven around me and assumed by my human self to be the way things are I had no inkling that there was a better way.
Fear is used by the deceivers to keep the deceived in the place the deceivers have chosen for them. At every step of the way there are 'penalties' and 'consequences' that if ignored will be used to force the deceived to pay. Usually the deceivers use money instead of physical violence or incarceration. By keeping your legal fiction short of money they are able to control the human being the fiction is attached to.
It really is that simple.
Underpinning it all is the covert and sometimes overt threat of violence that if you don't pay up when penalised violence in the form of actual bodily harm or removal of liberty will be meted out not on the legal fiction, because that would be impossible as it is inert, but on the human being the fiction is attached to.
This is also plain and simple truth. There is no other explanation that makes any sort of sense.
Going up the list of definitions in reverse order.

What this definition is saying is that if the human being is fearful or exhibits fear then the human being is guilty!
Imagine walking into a court or being stopped by a policy enforcement officer and being accused of exhibiting fear and losing your liberty or being fined for being fearful.
What sort of crazy world would allow such a thing to happen?
This crazy world of the deceivers relies on such lunacy.
Look again at the definition. It says 'in certain cases'.
What does this mean?
It basically means that the person assessing guilt can decide if the human being under accusation of guilt shows any sign of fear can decide that if that fear is sufficient to warrant a guilty verdict. So the accuser in the strange world of the Law Society can actually be accuser judge and jury all at the same time.
It's madness, true madness but that is the truth of what this definition really means.
Apprehension of harm or punishment, as exhibited by outward and visible marks of emotion,
Can a legal fiction or a company or a society or an organisation 'exhibit outward and visible marks of emotion'?
No of course not.
None of these fictional entities can exhibit any sort of emotion or visible marks because they are not real. They do not exist. They are inert.
Is it possible to cause harm to any of these fictional entities?
Well it could be argued that companies can go out of business or governments can be deposed but who is harmed, physically or mentally when these fictional things are consigned to history?
If a company goes bust do all it's employees die?
If a government is deposed do all it's members die?
In both cases the answer is NO they don't die.
They are not physically or mentally harmed in any way. The company or the government that used to employ them simply goes out of business.
So we come to apprehension of harm or punishment.
Again none of the legal fictions can feel apprehension or anything else. Only flesh and blood human beings can feel apprehension. Of course it can be argued that animals and birds appear to feel apprehension as well but they are not saddled with the crazy world of the Law Society and its legal fictions so the apprehension they fear is genuine as it is fear for their lives.
This definition has to apply to a human being.
Consciousness of approaching danger,
This is a good one.
You are on an oil drilling rig off the Falkland islands and you can see a grey warship approaching the rig. You do not know which navy this warship is part of.
You feel apprehensive because there is a possibility that it is Argentinian and it may try to sink the rig you are on thus endangering your life.
It is also equally possible that this warship is British and therefore is actually there to protect you and the rig from Argentine aggression.
There is also the chance it's from neither Navy and the warship's captain is simply seeking medical aid.
Whether you feel apprehensive or relieved they are human emotions and the rig, although very real in that you can stand, sleep, work, eat, crap on it, has no sense that it is under any sort of potential threat because it is lifeless, it cannot breath therefore it cannot live.
Basically the rig is in exactly the same place as your legal fiction. Neither feels apprehension or relief so has no concept of something approaching or if that thing is peaceful or dangerous.
This definition of fear has to apply to a human being.

Making the point redundant but a legal fiction cannot feel anything so dread must apply to a flesh and blood human being because lifeless fictions cannot feel anything because they do not possess senses.

Apprehension of harm,
Apprehension in a human being depends entirely on realising what the threat to life or body is and accepting it as a threat. Legal fictions cannot do this. They are lifeless fictions created by other human beings.
There are inbuilt markers which human beings can use to determine very quickly if the something facing them is likely to cause harm or not. We are also born with some kind of inbuilt intuition that some things will definitely harm us if we allow them to. The flight response is always cocked and ready to roll at the first sign of danger from a very young age.
We are also capable of learning by experience whether something is harmful or beneficial.
It is this latter capability that the deceivers have used for generations to make sure that the sovereign human beings are kept in servitude by the legal fictions they have had attached to them and duped into believing that all the deceivers legislation is real and all their punishments are harmful.
Fear only ever gets as bad as the second before the thing appearing to cause it is exposed.
Going for an operation is scary because it is an entirely new experience and you are told by those around you including the deceivers that operations are scary and painful you begin to fear the operation.
The same holds true for any sort of medical procedure.
Fear is generated by lack of experience and heightened by lack of knowledge.
The same thing happens when you cannot pay a loan payment, a bill of sale or a mortgage or credit card bill.
Fear also comes into play when you meet someone new for the first time.
What if the new human being rejects you?
What if the new human being accepts you and you find out they are not what they appear to be?
Fear is there for a reason and that reason is to ensure you do not do anything reckless and endanger your life and limb. It is used by the deceivers to control human beings by acting on the legal fictions attached to them.
That is the way the deceivers have always gone about their business. There is no other way they can succeed without risking physical harm to themselves.
They get away with it because we human beings are all told we are as one with our appointed legal frictions and the truth is we are not our names.
It is delusion on a grand scale and yet they are deluding human beings in plain and open sight. The truth is so easy to prove and yet is so incredible human beings don't want to believe what their own eyes, ears and common sense are screaming out to be the actual simple truth and so so they fall back into the mire of delusion and deceit because even though that world is corrupt, delusional, deceitful and all make believe it is infinitely better than the unknown.
Deep down we all know fear is in the mind and we all control our minds so it's within our remit to take control of it away from the deceivers and begin to take responsibility for ourselves. Once we are responsible the deceivers seemingly all powerful stance will begin to melt away.
