Just A Thought

|
Council tax seems to me to be a tax on the property paid by the human beings living within that property. Ostensibly the money it generates is used by a council composed of elected human beings and unelected human beings to provide 'services' for the people who live within the purely artificial geographical boundary of that council.
The range of 'services' this artificial body has to provide are set in part by the council itself, in part by the larger regional council, in part by the national government, in part by the gargantuan behemoth called the European Union, in part by the UN, and finally in part by lobby and pressure groups across the United Kingdom collectively called the righteous.

Words

|
Words are strange things. They are spoken, sung or written and then they are gone. Words seem to exist as a way of communicating between two humans assuming of course those two humans are able to converse in the same language.
The Chinese have 52 tribes within their borders and few can understand each others spoken language but all have an understanding of their written language which is what binds them together in one huge country.

Statutes

|
Slept on my findings from Blacks Law 3rd Edition where I think I've discovered, think is all you can do with Blacks Law Legalese dictionary as its many absurd definitions don't make a lot of sense, that Admiralty Law is a common law and statute law as it exists in this country is a Parliamentary law as Parliament is the legislative body currently producing statute law.

Admiralty

|
There is apparently a rather one sided discussion taking place at Ranty's place about legal and lawful. According to perceived wisdom legal actually means lawful. I've looked at this 'fact' from many angles and it doesn't seem to be true.

Tax

|
In so much of what passes for life in this country we, the great unwashed, are ruled over by people who must be members of the Law society. This society has its own language called legalese. I have no idea why a society needs its own language let along a constantly updated dictionary which seems to exist purely to take everyday common English words and give them different meanings.
In the Legalese language the word tax has a myriad of meanings. There are pages and pages of them in Blacks Law dictionary and all of the legalese definitions are so vague and ambiguous it is clear from the number of definitions applied to a simple three letter word that the Law society cannot thrive on clarity.

Bans.

|
On another blog I frequent Marvo's place if you must know, the author was asking for people to come up with the most STUPID, POINTLESS or UNENFORCEABLE LAW (or statute) produced by Labour over the past 13 years. There is so much to choose from I gave up trying to pick the most idiotic.
They are all idiotic in my humble.

Imagine If...

|
I got into government, in the same way Lord Mandelson of Foy did, and with a few 'friends' I buy with some cash, duck ponds, or whatever, introduce a statute banning pink jumpers from being worn during daylight hours in private cars and taxis or something equally stupid.

It's Life Jim!

Kit has responded on ranty's place...

Illogical?

|
Over at Captain Ranty's place there was a comment posted which perfectly highlighted how completely enslaved the people of Great Britain are and few realise it. Hell I didn't realise it until Spring 2009 and I've been on earth over four decades!

Enough Already.

|
I didn't watch the budget nor did I listen to it because it's just a fairy story played out in a fantasy world of hobgoblins called Parliament.

It's sad to realise that what I thought to be a revered and respected institution and democratic process is just a sham. I actually followed the story through a webinar organised by some fellow bloggers who have more of a belief that it is still possible to fix Britain simply by changing the government. I do not share their optimism but at least their coverage littered as it was with swearing, profanities and personal abuse not to mention sexual innuendo and contravening god knows how many NuLiebore human rights was a far more accurate take on the show than the one the British Bullshit Corporation and the rest of the MSM had prepared.

Please read digest and pass on, if you are incensed enough.

Why DO We Listen?

|
***Warning a bit of swearing in this one. ***
It really makes me angry because I cannot understand why on earth we waste our precious time listening to fuckwits in government, experts who are only experts in their own minds, lunatics and liars masquerading as scientists, politicians and anyone who thinks because they are told they are famous they have an opinion worth listening to specifically twats like Geldof and Bono.

The Fight Back Is Vital

|
It really is.
I've totally weaned myself of every source of MSM news and am going through a withdrawal process of weaning myself of many blogs.

This is much harder than I thought it would be.

Why The Fight Back Is Needed

|
Continuing my theme of nicking other people's blog posts whilst I try and get my head around all manner of things our 'good doctors' are keeping away from the people for some as yet unclear reason....

This one also confirms that my belief that all the media is controlled in ways we can only imagine to be a true one.

The Fight Back Continues

|
From the great man who is just five months older and wiser than I and is a Yorkshireman but I don't hold that against him... especially when he produces work like this.

The Fight Back Begins

|
Not in Great Britain of course. The overwhelming majority here are still slaves to the state but the people of a western country has sent their government a mighty fcuk off and shown the people of Great Britain that governments rule by consent.

Withdraw that consent and they no longer have authority. It's that easy so please follow the people of Iceland's lead, if you don't like slavery. Obviously if you enjoy being enslaved by the troughers in Westminster then please ignore this link.

The News Media

|
Blogging has been light for a couple of reasons.
Firstly I have discovered Mary Elizabeth Croft. She is one hell of a lady whose words both written and spoken are opening my eyes to what is really going on on the world.
